Add papaya, egg, ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs ,salt, chopped chillies into minced mutton and mix properly.
Make. Small balls out of the mutton mixture.
Deep fry the balls and keep them aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and grated onion and fry little bit, add ginger garlic paste, cook it till raw smell has gone.
Add tomato puree and rest.of the masalas . Add Water after oil separated form the masala.
Add fried mutton balls into boiling gravy and cook for anther 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve.
